The long path taken to get the allocation of '"Lucan portrait" of Leonardo da Vinci has been completed.
May 8, 2010 was the day a number of scholars and "Leonardo" world class met in Chieti, and have resulted in a scientific seminar through which they defined the main characters that led to the view of conferring '"Self Lucan "Leonardo.
There were many illustrious minds attended the conference and called unanimously in favor by conferring to the thesis; stand out among the speakers, Professor David Bershad, Professor of Art History Department of Renaissance and Baroque University of Calgary (Canada ), Prof. Peter Hohenstatt: Art Historian, Professor c / o University of Parma; Prof. Orest Kormashow: Director of Department of Art History of Tallinn University, Prof. Philip Terassi: Professor c / o University of University of Naples II, Professor Luigi Capasso: Professor of Anthropology - University of Chieti / Pescara, Director of the Museum of Biomedical Sciences, University of Chieti, Lt.Col. Gianfranco De Fulvio: Commander of the Department of Preventive Racis fingerprinting, "grouping Carabinieri Scientific Investigations", Prof. Felix Festa: Professor of Orthodontics, Gnathology - University of Chieti / Pescara and the discoverer of the painting, Dr. Nicholas Barbatelli: Director of the Museum of the Ancient people of Lucania.
These studies were also presented in Sorrento on May 14, 2010 at a conference which was attended by Prof. David Bershad of quoted Prof. Peter Hohenstatt and Prof. Felice Festa.
The knots were so loose and the beautiful city of Sorrento will have the pride to host first 's "Portrait Lucan" in an exhibition called "Leonardo and the Renaissance Cool - Between Naples and the routes of the Mediterranean."
The exhibition will open June 26, 2010 at Villa Fiorentino and will be open to the public until October 24, 2010.
